Almost all questions related to setting up blogs, profiles, uploading movies, music, NiHao People fault reports, bug fixes and more can be found in the NiHao People Forums.

In the Member Login box you will find a link to an automated password / username recovery page.
Do I need to pay to join?
Joining is free. A standard Membership is made available to all freely upon joining. There are pay-for plans that you may upgrade to later from your Profile Page.
What's included in the Standard Plan?
Everything is included in the Standard Plan but there are daily limits on the amount of files that can be uploaded and downloaded. We remove these restrictions for the Payed Memberships as the money gleened from these memberships funds the costs of running the upload and download services.
What is Cupid Mail and why do I get it?
Cupid Mail is a system that pairs people together based on matching profile elements. It is a great tool for meeting new people, dating, and finding friends. If you have listed yourself as Single / Looking in your account you will automatically recieve Cupid Mail. If you do not wish to recieve Cupid Mail but wish to keep your profile status as Single / Looking, then email the NiHao People Admin to make your request.
I am recieving spam mail from NiHao People members what should I do?
Immediately copy down the email addresses that you are recieving spam from and report it to the NiHao People Admin. We will look into these member's accounts and if we find that the claims made against them are true, then their accounts will be suspended for breeching the Nihao People Terms of Services.
